Welcome to Pacific Barcode’s Computer Based Training (CBT)
The purpose of Computer Based Training is to familiarize you with everything that is important for you to perform successfully in your position.
Things change often. Whether you are in customer service, sales, operations, converting, the PPF, or management we are always adding new products and services and new equipment to the mix.
Your certification lasts for 6 months. At which time, you will need to retake the training for your position.
This computer based training is broken into the following segments:
- Courses
This is the topic for training (Basics, Label Printing, Color Inkjet Printers, etc.) - Lessons
These are the training modules for the courses. - Quizzes
These are tests to make sure that you have learned the subject matter. You cannot move to the next course without getting an 80% or higher
The goal is to take the tests and make sure that you do not learn the answers from your wrong answers. Make every attempt to pass the test on the 1st try.
If you fail the test, go back and reread the course and lesson materials.
As you finish one course, locate the next course on the right hand side of the screen and click on that to begin
If there are videos, make sure that the video plays all the way to the end of the video.
