The heart of Pacific Barcode’s suite of products and services is its state of the art Flexo and Label Converting and Manufacturing Department with in-line Visual Inspection Stations ensuring that consistent high-quality materials are produced. Pacific Barcode’s Label Converting Facility offers a full line of stock and highly customized blank labels for your color inkjet, direct thermal or thermal transfer printers.
For companies who would rather outsource their label printing, Pacific Barcode’s on-site Print Production Facility offers solutions ranging from printed barcode labels to extremely complex labeling applications including quality full-color labels and signs.
Pacific Barcode’s printing equipment team is fully trained to support your thermal transfer barcode printers and label printing software. Pacific Barcode offers both on-site and depot service for all printing equipment, providing spare parts including print heads, platen rollers, and other replacement parts to keep your operation running.

Converting
The heart of Pacific Barcode is it’s converting facility where we have 4 converting presses allowing up to take large rolls of Pressure Sensitive Materials and ‘convert’ them to usable sizes and lengths of labels. These labels may be stock sizes or may be a custom size or configuration.
In addition to converting, two of the four units allow for flexographic printing allowing us to print text, color bars, simple artwork up to 3-colors in-house.
Print Production Facility
Pacific Barcode’s Print Production facility is a service bureau for our customers. Here, we print the labels that we have converted for those customers who would rather outsource their label printing instead of doing it themselves.
The print production department has a large number of thermal transfer printers, inkjet label printers and finishing equipment to print labels and tags for our customers.
In addition, we have the capability of printing vinyl for the manufacturing of warehouse signs.
Label Printers
Pacific Barcode is a VAR (Value Added Reseller) for Epson, VIP Color, Afinia, GoDEX, TSC, Zebra, DataLogic and a reseller for a variety of other printing products.
By understanding the client’s needs and goals, we can sell our customers thermal or inkjet color printing equipment so they may print their labels and tags themselves and in-house.
The goal of Pacific Barcode is two-fold.
- Be a collaborative solutions expert for the customer. We want to completely understand our customer’s business and have the customer to trust us in order for them to listen to our solutions and buy from us.
- Sell Labels. Labels are a mainstay of any manufacturing process. As the customer produces products, they need a label for their products. This can be annuity business for Pacific Barcode.
As we sell label printers to our customers, their need for blank labels increase.
Service and Support
Pacific Barcode has a service depot where we provide before and after the sale support to our customers.
Our team can assist with equipment demos, installs, tech support and repair (of certain items).
All in all, Pacific Barcode is a complete Label Solutions Partner.

Starting at the top menu bar, click on the About tab, read all of the material, go to the next tab (Support and Resources) and read all of the items in the drop-down menu, then, vendor compliance and finally News.
From there, go to the main menu, starting with label printers, read the info in the drop downs, then software, equipment, etc.
