- There are three components to the dashboard
- Home Page.
All employees can access the home page from anywhere. This allows them to access the ‘Emergency Out of Office Notification’ submission form. Should you have an emergency or are sick, you go to the dashboard, click n the button and a form is launched. SImply fill this out and the team is notified. - News

- This is used for Emergency Time Off situations. When submitted this is emailed to the entire team.

- This is the employee schedule for the 2-3 next weeks

- RMA Request – Return Merchandise Authorization
- For those rare occasions, if a customer wants to return something to Pacific Barcode, this information is entered here.

- PPF Incomplete Order Resubmittal
- This is a PPF form for incomplete Orders from Customer Service

- This form helps us to track waste caused by any/all department. This form should be used as needed. This is an extremely important form.

- This is the form used by AV to notify PBI of repair needs.

- Notification to our Tech Team that we need service/install/tech support of customer or internal equipment

- PPF/Converting. All deliveries should come directly to Converting/PPF. On the off chance that something comes through the front door, The person who received it and delivers it to the recipient is responsible for adding this to the receiving log.
